About Traci Hayner Vanover (@promodiva)

traci-framedHello! Thanks so much for checking out the link in my Twitter profile.

You can learn more about my professional background and business by visiting my About page. The information below is a bit more personal in nature — and will provide a quick snapshot of who I am, and what I do.

You already know that my name is Traci Hayner Vanover — although most folks on the web know me as the Promo Diva®. I am the sassy and oh-so-caffeinated voice behind the Promo Diva Blog, and the @promodiva Twitter account.

My tweets are primarily focused on issues of interest, and resources for entrepreneurs and marketers. I love to share links for helpful tools and resources that I have come across — and, I make a point in retweeting the same types of tools that I hear about through my Twitter network.

I am also a very patriotic American who has found herself living in challenging times — times that have forced me to step out of my comfort zone and stand up for the values and principles that I hold dear.

I have been known to tweet a corny joke or two from time to time…consider yourself warned!

Behind the Scenes

spenceblog-polaMy husband and I share our life and home with three spoiled rotten Yorkshire terriers. We are avid hockey fans, and specifically root for the Detroit Red Wings. We love movies and music in a wide range of styles, but my favorite will always be jazz.

I have a weakness for office supplies — specifically colorful notepads and pens with interesting or whimsical prints on them. I never seem to run out of uses for them — much to the dismay of my husband…

socks-framedYou could say I have an addiction to crazy socks — the more colorful and outrageous, the more likely I am to fall head-over-heels for them. What tends to confound everyone is that my socks are in stark contrast to my otherwise conservative image. I guess you could say I am the result of what happens when you combine J. Crew with Rainbow Brite.

As you may have guessed from this site’s header graphic, I love my caffeine. Recently I have given up drinking soda, but I have no plans to give up caffeine. In fact, I tend to think caffeine is integral to the creative process!

A Few of My Sites:

  • PLR Savvy – Private label audio, ebooks, articles & resale rights products
  • ESB Journal – Daily magazine for entrepreneurs, internet marketers and self-employed business owners

If I haven’t scared you off with this brief look at the Traci behind the tweets, then I hope you’ll consider connecting with me on Twitter. I’d love to learn more about you, your interests, and what we can learn from each other.

I am fairly active in a few of the other social networks as well (see the links in the right margin –>) — so please feel free to give me a shout if you would like to connect there as well.
